Where Matrix News works alongside a client’s journalists, reporters, producers or other personnel, Matrix News may assist with field coordination, production support, visual requirements, communications and assignment-related risk considerations.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, responsibility for a client’s employees, employment obligations and internal policies remains with the client.

Matrix News will work cooperatively with relevant client requirements that have been communicated to us and accepted as part of the assignment.

9. Insurance

References to Matrix News being fully insured mean that Matrix News maintains insurance arrangements considered appropriate to its business operations.

Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the relevant policies.
